Consultation has concluded

You are invited to a public information meeting to review the design for the proposed Orchard Drive Trail Reconstruction project on Thursday, January 27 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Greenwood Village Maintenance Facility (10001 E. Costilla Avenue).

The project will remove and replace the existing trail and fence along Orchard Drive from Orchard Road to Holly Street. The new trail will remain asphalt and the new fence will also match the existing split rail style. In addition, the grass buffer between Orchard Road and the trail will be restored to promote long-term grass establishment and minimize weeds. The project will also enhance safety throughout the trail corridor by addressing drainage issues, improving trail cross slopes, minimizing utility manhole hazards, and adding safety railing between the upper and lower trails near the Holly pedestrian undercrossing.

Additionally, you can view images of the proposed improvements here on the Village Voices website and provide comments.
