Consultation has concluded
Please join us for a public meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2019, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Greenwood Village City Hall, 6060 South Quebec Street for a discussion about future median improvements on Belleview Avenue between I-25 and University Boulevard. The conceptual design will be presented at the meeting and public input is being sought from residents for the final design. Additionally you can view images of the proposed improvements here and provide comments.
The proposed design was developed in collaboration with the Botanical Gardens to create a water-wise and sustainable planting design for the medians. This project is in partnership with Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village and the Belleview Station development. Greenwood Village has teamed with Goodbee & Associates to develop the design and prepare construction documents which are currently underway. Construction to commence in May 2019 with completion in Spring of 2020.
